To the CESG and CMC Members:

As instructed at the KSC meeting last month, the Secretariat is conducting a
survey of the members of CESG and CMC to determine how many individuals are
planning to stay on-site at the meeting in Bordeaux, France. As noted below,
there are 33 rooms available at the meeting facility and we would like the
CESG and CMC members to have an early opportunity to indicate their
preference for accommodations. The advantage of staying on-site is the
convenience: no need to rent a car, no need for public transportation.

If you would like to avail of one of these rooms, please inform the
Secretariat (responding to this e-mail message directly to me will suffice)
by 28 January 2013
