Erik, It would be nice if you could make available the document "as is".
Even if eventually Secretariat will change the editorial aspect, it can still be nice to have the possibility of looking at it.

CSS-R-2013-02-001, Resolution concerning CESG poll for publication of CCSDS 901-0-G-1, Space Communications Cross Support Architecture Description Document, as a Green Book.

The CSS Area,

CONSIDERING that the subject of this resolution, CCSDS 901-0-G-1, Space Communications Cross Support Architecture Description Document, is an approved chartered Green Book project of the Cross Support Architecture Working Group;

and CONSIDERING that the there is no other CCSDS document that provides a thorough description of the technical architecture for providing CCSDS member agency inter-agency cross support communications and that a detailed architectural description is very much needed;

and RECONIZING that the Cross Support Architecture Working Group chair and the Cross Support Services Area director have reviewed the proposed Green Book;

RECOMMENDS that the CCSDS Engineering Steering Group initiate a poll for publication of CCSDS 901-0-G-1, Space Communications Cross Support Architecture Description Document, as a CCSDS Green Book.
