[Secretariat] [CESG] Corrigendum - ICPA Update - First step: Remove published BB/ MB / GB

Nestor,

I have recoded the ICPA data views so that it automatically removes any completed project, which has been 180+ (6 months).  This means the five projects you  noted below have been removed.

PLEASE NOTE

- Another project was removed "Delta-DOR Raw Data Exchange Format”, because it was just over 180 days.
- "Conjunction Data Message” will also disappear in about a week.
- IOAG / ICPA custom alerts appear to be working/kicking off properly.  I am currently working on the issue, and will get back with you.

After discussing with our IOAG colleagues, we need only to remove projects with a publication date longer than 6 months in the past . Corrections are highlighted in red

The ICPA will be updated during Nov / Dec 2013 in 3 steps

  1.  Step 1: Remove publish docs. (This mails and to be done by you)
  2.  Step 2: Update schedule of "on-going projects". To be updated by ADs / WG Chairs in CWE Projects. To be checked by Wallace and Nestor in the ICPA
  3.  Step 3: Once CMC Project approval polls are finished, ADs / WG Chairs to update in CWE Projects. To be checked by Wallace and Nestor in the ICPA

This will allow us to have an updated ICPA to be delivered toIOAG before end 13, in order to discuss it during IOAG-18 meeting (10th - 14th Feb 2014)


Please can you remove from the ICPA the following docs; which are already removed from the CWE Projects list::

  *   Navigation Data Messages / XML Specification                 505.0         2.02         Navigation Working Group                                                                    Publication Date: Dec 2010
  *   Update TM channel coding Blue Book with LDPC Codes         131.0         5.02         Space Link Coding and Synchronization Working Group           Publication Date: Aug 2012

  *   IP over CCSDS Space Links                                 702.1         6.06         IP Over CCSDS Space Links Working Group                                 Publication Date: Sept 2012.


The following docs shall stay in the ICPA
