[CESG] CCSDS Operating Plan

In the discussion of our Strategic documents, Juan said he was wondering where the Operating Plan was.  We didn't answer that question so I'm providing the response by this email.

Go the Framework:
http://cwe.ccsds.org/fm/default.aspx
Under "Charters" you will see the Operating Plan.

Also under the charters for , for example SIS, the operating plan is at the top of the page.
http://cwe.ccsds.org/sis/Lists/Framework/AllItems.aspx

Also, you may not have noticed that the Framework now lists charters by area.
