[CESG] Spring 2013 meeting date

So far it appears that the SEA WGs are also OK with this later date.  I'll signal if that changes for some reason.

ADs: could you please poll your WGs to see if there are any problems if the Spring 2013 meeting is slipped later by 1-week as follows?

·         Working Groups on April 15-18

·         CESG on April 19

The meeting is planned to be held in Bordeaux, France.
