Peter,
for SLE-RAF/RCF I think they would not be appropriate as they
deliver already processed frames (even if bad when they fail decoding).
CSTS-RUFT being unframed looks more appropriate but it comes with the
burden of a dedicated stringent CST Service.
Conversely the Delta-DOR approach for Raw Data(used also for Open loop
recording data), using just file transfer, looks to me more appropriate as
a kind of reference since they would need to
1) define the format of the recorded data, then
2) transfer the multiple sets of data (files?) to a central place, and
finally
3) process then with the Russian patented algorithms(s) to output one
consolidated set of data.
