webex and telcons on a regular basis,

Area Directors: could you please survey your Working Group Chairs and
determine which groups are regularly using electronic communications for
between-Plenary work, to answer the following CMC action item:

For those groups that are NOT regularly using tele/webcons for intermediate
meetings, could you please remind them that CCSDS face-face meeting time is
becoming an increasingly expensive and precious resource, and that all
Working Groups are expected to be using these media between Plenary meetings
so that they come fully prepared for face-face decisional meetings?

Responses (indicating which WGs are/are not using inter-Plenary
tele/webconferencea) are due by the CESG meeting on Friday 20 April. Please
include as a table in in your reports.
