All closed WG have always had their own archive in the CWE, which is 
accesable by all CWE Members.  These can easily be accessed by going to 
the CCSDS Area's Homepage and clicking on the "Work Completed (Closed WG)" 
link on the left side of the page.  Here are the direct links:
