[CESG] Plan for CESG report to CMC meeting iat KSC

ADs and DADs:  the plan is to circulate the CESG report to the CMC two weeks ahead of the CMC meeting at KSC, but not to present it in the usual gory detail (since they will be expected to have read it ahead of time).

No CESG members except Nestor will attend the KSC meeting. We will instead arrange a Webex for the rest of the CESG to participate remotely in a Question-and-Answers session (moderated by Nestor) at which the CMC can interrogate the ADs if they have questions. This Webex will be scheduled at a "friendly" time in both the US and Europe.
