considering the request made at the IOAG-15a teleconference that an IOAG statement on priorities be made in writing to CCSDS, and taking into account the dates of the upcoming CCSDS WG meetings, I elected to send you the attached liaison statement via email.

I appreciate that this is relayed to the areas and working groups of interest within CCSDS.
