+2 Proximity-1).

This resolution affect 3 books, i.e.  Proximity-1 Space Link Protocol
211.0-B-4 Data Link Layer + 211.1-B-3 Physical Layer + 211.2-B-1 Coding and
Synchronization Sublayer

The Space Link Services Area,

CONSIDERING that
   - the Space Link Protocols (SLP) WG performed the planned review and
   reached consensus on an updated version of CCSDS 211.0-B-4 “Proximity-1
   Space Link Protocol— Data Link Layer” that includes several improvements
   and clarifications but no new feature

   - the RF Modulation (RFM) WG performed the planned review and reached
   consensus on an updated version of CCSDS 211.1-B-3 “Proximity-1 Space Link
   Protocol— Physical Layer that includes several improvements and
   clarifications but no new feature

   - the Coding and Synchronization (C&S) WG performed the planned review and
   reached consensus on an updated version of CCSDS 211.2- B-1 “Proximity-1
   Space Link Protocol—Coding and Synchronization Sublayer” that includes
            - Several improvements and clarifications
            - Addition of an option for Low-density Parity- check (LDPC
Codes)

   - the work of the 3 Working Groups accomplished better alignment and
   consistency of the books

RESOLVES to request CESG/CMC to approve the the submission of Pink Sheets for
Proximity-1 Space Link Protocol standards
      - 211.0-B-4 Data Link Layer
      - 211.1-B-3 Physical Layer
      - 211.2-B-1 Coding and Synchronization Sublayer
   to Agency Review

RECOMMENDS that CESG approves this resolution, and finally

REQUESTS that a CESG poll be conducted to accomplish this.
