MOIMS-SMC WG-R-2012-02-005, Resolution recommending the issue of CCSDS 521.0-P-1.1, MISSION OPERATIONS MESSAGE ABSTRACTION LAYER as a CCSDS Recommended standard

The CCSDS Engineering Steering Group:

CONSIDERING that CCSDS 521.0-P-1.1, MISSION OPERATIONS MESSAGE ABSTRACTION LAYER has completed CCSDS and ISO Reviews

and AFFIRMING that the MOIMS SM&C Group has resolved all issues

and PRESUPPOSING that the Mission Operations and Information Management Services Area recommends that the document be published as a Recommended standard

APPROVES publication of   CCSDS 521.0-P-1.1, MISSION OPERATIONS MESSAGE ABSTRACTION LAYER
and

RECOMMENDS that the CCSDS Engineering Steering Group Chair initiates the required CESG poll for its approval
