Nick
Sorry again but analyzing the number of participants registered and the
room capacity,
it would be great if you can
allocate the whole week the room Neon to the SOIS App Support Services
(they are between 6 to 9 participants)
and all meetings in Neon (maximum of 20 participants) during the week are
transferred to Germanium (maximum 24 participants) . This invalidates my
4th bullet below (Move RFM + C&S + SLP + NGU from Neon to Germanium and
App Support Services from Germanium to Neon on Thursday am. SLS meeting
exceeded the maximum capacity of room in U-Form)
Til next iteration

================================================================
Sorry for the iterations, but there are still changes
Leave please MOIMS Plenary after the CCSDS Plenary in Vanadium. We have
this room for the whole morning.
As Gippo suggested, release HELIUM as Placom will start in PALLADIUM and
it will be followed by NGU in the same room.
Cross Support Architecture is not meeting on Tuesday pm. Release Argon
room
Move RFM + C&S + SLP + NGU from Neon to Germanium and App Support Services
from Germanium to Neon on Thursday am. SLS meeting exceeded the maximum
capacity of room in U-Form
Finally, you have a Ref Arch SIG meeting on Tuesday am, but I believe is a
Cross Support Space Comms Architecture WG meeting
