Dear All,
        I just had a chat with Wolfgang Hell and he had a very good 
remark: whatever it is done we shall make sure that all CCSDS Members 
behave that same with respect to e.g. time stamping of received frames 
(see SLE-RAF, SLS-RCF for example).
It may be this will be implicit by the revision of the Time Code Formats 
Blue Book for those time codes that are "UTC based", but better to keep it 
in mind.
