 *   Need we a technology patent short tutorial (maximal 30') for WG chairs in every future Boot camp
 *   ICS instead of PICS

        From CESG notes at Berlin: It was proposed that all BBs should have either a PICS (ICS) Proforma or a statement explaining why one is not included.
                                Action on Peter:  Supply example of ICS.
