Adrian:  To chime in with Gian-Paolo...

When we encourage the WG chairs to update their project schedules, we should also ask them to look closely at the document titles.  Many are not accurate (Like "DTN Protocol" instead of "DTN Bundle Protocol") and it affects the IOAG priorities activities.  There's a little more outside scrutiny, so we need to be precise with our document titles.  If they already have a document title and number registered with Tom, they should include that as well.

Should I send you a revision to the "Special Topics" for the plenary, or do you want to do it?

3. The Draft-0.1  agenda for the CESG meeting on Saturday, 05 November is attached. This will be in the Onizuka conference room. There are some open slots for additional agenda topics - please submit suggestions.

it may be good to add a topic on
IOAG-CCSDS Product Agreement (ICPA): Status and Issues

Among the Issues we can at least mention:
1) Activities ongoing but not reflected in charters
2) Activities ongoing but withy no related CWE Project
3) Creating NOT APPROVED CWE Projects for future activities (to be able to insert the link the ICPA)?

Note that we should address this only from THE CCSDS SIDE and to take some fast decisions to be followed in future.

Area Directors:

1. All attached files are also there.

2. The Opening Plenary template attached. PLEASE FILL OUT YOUR INDICATED SECTION, DELETE ALL OTHER SLIDES, AND UPLOAD TO THE "Drafts" folder in the "OPENING PLENARY" folder as soon as possible (and no later than COB next Thursday, 27 October). Note that I need additional inputs from Mike, Tom and Nick and that I assume that Kevin Gifford will give a couple of minutes of "welcome to CU" address.

4. The CMC meeting will be held 2 weeks later in Moscow, so we have a bit of time after the meeting to finalize the CESG report. But we might as well use the attached file "d0.1-CESG-Report-to-CMC"  as the template for the Area reports at Saturday's CESG meeting. Please fill out your section by Friday night 04 November and load into the Area Director Submissions folder.
