[CESG] Poll for SLS-C&S Deputy

Dear All,
        despite I am convinced that the appointment of a SLS-C&S Deputy 
Chair (not Co-Chair) was recommended in Berlin in full accordance with the 
procedures in force at that time, I have decided of withdrawing the poll 
to avoid any misunderstanding and/or friction.
I discussed the matter with Adrian and Nestor and they agree on this 
approach.
