[CESG] CESG Presentation to CMC / TC BB?

Nestor,
the option 2a is about the roadmap for completing the CSTS Framework. This 
includes the common structures for supporting return and forward services 
belonging to the existing IOAG catalogue ( actually, a subset of them). 
Any other upcoming service is not  covered by  of the Framework.,

@ Erik: new CSTS FW Option 2a implies an inclusion of NGU (from an Orange 
book ) ????
