[CESG] No CESG meeting on 4th Nov pm

Dear all,

I have checked with Adrian and the scheduled CESG meeting on Friday was a 
left over of previous venues.

CESG meeting is only on Saturday 5th Nov

This will allow Erik, Gippo and Peter to have their planned Plenaries 
during Fri pm
