Attached is Opening Plenary presentation version 1.2.  I've finished updating the up-front material from the Secretariat (agenda, special topics).  I've coordinated with Nestor, and he will incorporate the other AD inputs to complete the presentation.

The time for all of the AD presentations is *very* constrained.   I noticed that Erik and Gian-Paolo had animations to slowly bring up each topic.  I discussed this with Adrian, and we decided to delete all animations (including my wonderful architecture animations) in order to have a better chance of keeping on schedule.  So... no need to spend time developing animations.

The presentation plan is:

*         Nestor presents charts 1-4.

*         I present charts 5-7 (for the Secretariat),

*         ADs present each of their charts

*         Nestor closes the plenary

What I've done:

*         I updated the charts from the Secretariat and CSS.

*         I put "not yet updated" on other charts (to help us keep track of what still needs to be done).

*         Attached and also uploaded version 1.1 to the website.

Tom/Nick:  Look at the Boot Camp slide, and update the room/location and anything else that needs to be updated.

ADs:  Still waiting for other areas besides CSS.   If you can upload them, I will incorporate them.
