Ø  I also note that the "ICD slide"  that Adrian sent out presumes the existence of an "IOAG Service Catalog 3", but as far as I know this is still a figment of someone's imagination.  Is there even a draft document at this point?

It didn't presume it; its future existence was simply admitted as a possibility.
