[CESG] SEA-R-2011-03-002 - Dissolve Time Code Format working group

The System Engineering Area,

CONSIDERING that the Time Code Formats Working Group (SEA-Time)<http://cwe.ccsds.org/sea/default.aspx#_SEA-TIME> has published their revised document, CCSDS 301.0-B-4, Time Code Formats; and

RECOGNIZING that CCSDS A00.0-Y-9 section 4.3.3.1 requires working groups that have fulfilled their charter to cease operations, therefore

RESOLVES that the Time Code Formats WG be dissolved by the CESG, and

RECOMMENDS that the CESG thank this Working Group chair and members for their service, and finally

REQUESTS that a CESG poll be conducted to accomplish this.
