If the patent is already in the ISO patent database, then no need to have the ISO form done again.  Have you checked?

The two links at the top of the page are the two ISO patent databases.  It opens as a large flat file.  I have only been able to search it with the "find on page" function.

Adrian,

CNES has sent the request to DVB-S2 patent pool licensing company (DTVG Licensing Inc) for signing the ISO patent form. Sofar, despite reminder mail, we had no response. Nevertheless, for DVB-S2 patent pool usage, we have in hand something better than the ISO patent form, we have the generic DVB-S2 license (attached) which specifies the royalties due (in annex). CNES is proposing to put this generic license in annex to the CCSDS DVB-S2 blue book.
