Dear CCSDS Fall 2026 Meeting Attendees,

Welcome to the Fall Technical Plenary hosted by ASI in Matera! Kindly review the following important onsite details in preparation for the week and reminders for Monday’s activities.

AGENDA/REMINDERS

The Opening Plenary and Common Ground Forum on Monday, 19 October will take place in the CineTeatro Comunale Gerardo Guerrieri<https://cineteatroguerrieri.it/> (Municipal Theater).

Monday’s agenda includes:

•            Registration 08:15-08:45
•            Opening Plenary: 08:45 -10:00

-          Morning Break 10:15-10:30
•            Common Ground Forum: 10:15-15:00

-          Lunch 12:00-13:00

*A Microsoft Teams invitation has been provided for virtual participation in Monday’s program.

PARKING
As a reminder, the historic center includes narrow streets and a largely ZTL (limited traffic) area. Attendees arriving by car should avoid driving into the Sassi and use designated parking areas<https://lithosrooms.com/parcheggi/>, such as the following parking garages:

COFFEE BREAKS AND LUNCH
On Monday, due to our compressed schedule for the Opening Plenary and Forum, ASI has negotiated with the restaurant on the third floor of the theater where there is seating for up to 100 guests. The restaurant is able to offer a quick-lunch special to CCSDS meeting attendees - present your CCSDS badge for a meal consisting of a couple of courses plus a drink (options include appetizer + pasta + water, pizza + beer, small steak + salad + beer, etc.), for a total price not exceeding €18.
