Thank you all for raising your concerns regarding software installation restrictions on agency-issued laptops. I understand that some participants may not be able to install the application due to company IT policies.

I am currently coordinating with the UPRM IT team to identify and propose an alternative solution that will not require software installation on agency-issued/protected machines. I will share additional details as soon as we confirm a workable option.

As we prepare for the upcoming Technical Plenary week, we ask that all Working Group Chairs and anyone planning to present during the plenary please download and install CleverShare<https://apps.apple.com/us/app/clevershare/id1241320041> on the device you intend to use for presentations. CleverShare will be required to connect to the meeting room presentation systems and utilize the available wireless network during the event week. To help avoid delays during sessions, please complete the installation prior to arrival on-site.

If you have any questions or experience any issues with installation, please let me know.
