[CESG-All] [RESPONSE REQUIRED] Request for Participant Hotel & Transportation Information

Hi CESG-All,

I hope you are all doing well.

We've been asked to provide information regarding registered participants who will be staying at hotels in Mayagüez and who may need transportation to and from UPRM throughout the week. The university is exploring the possibility of arranging shuttle pickups for attendees staying in the area, and they are currently meeting with the Dean who oversees the university bus transportation services to discuss logistics.

Please advise:


  *   Which hotel you're staying at in Mayagüez, and if you're departing before Fri, May 22 which day you are leaving.
  *   If you require transportation to and from UPRM

Please send any available details as soon as possible so we can consolidate the information and respond promptly.
