​As we have severe budget constraints, this year even more than last year (down 50% at ESA and NASA; down 30% at CNES), we should concentrate on getting only blue books out. We should avoid publishing orange and green books, even if they have passed the WGs to not overload the editors. This condition shall be discussed in the next CESG meeting.
