[Cesg-all] [Response Required] Meeting Room OWLs

Good Morning All,

There are only 10 OWLs for use this week, therefore, if you have 1-2 virtual attendees, I will need to delegate the OWLs to other groups as a priority.

For now, if you have a larger virtual online presence, please let me know what your plans are for virtual meetings for the week (for example, if you only have morning/afternoon virtual attendees or all day virtual attendees) as I will need to communicate a schedule with Jannick, our A/V support to allow him ability to setup OWLs ahead of time to avoid disruption of your meetings, etc.

Please advise your virtual meeting plans no later than noon today.
