[Cesg-all] CCSDS OMG membership

As far as SIS area is concerned, we don’t have any dependencies with OMG.

I remember that in the past OMG was mostly relevant for SM&C WG within MOIMS, so that @Mehran can say more on the need for keeping the OMG membership active.

Hello CESG team,
We (CCSDS) currently have a membership with the OMG (Object Management Group) organization, but it requires a membership fee.   Do you know of any dependency or significant impact if we stop the membership?
