Hi Amber,

 

At this time, either one seems to be OK for our WG.

 

There were comments that knowing the possible locations could possibly
impact on travel time to the sites and could possibly result in conflicts on
either end of the meetings.

Hello All, 

 

The CCSDS Secretariat is currently deciding between two different
NASA-affiliated hosts in the US for the 2025 CCSDS Spring Technical Plenary
and CESG Meetings, for now we need to select the best dates for the meetings
to occur. As soon as possible, please vote by replying to me with your first
and second choices (below) for the meeting activities as we need to
communicate this ASAP to our potential meeting host(s). Voting will close
Thursday, September 26 4PM/EDT. 

 

Please which of the following you prefer:  

 

*	Technical Plenary Apr 28-May 2, CESG Meetings May 5-6
*	Technical Plenary May 5-9, CESG Meetings May 12-13
