     Peter Shames (Approve Unconditionally):  ​This document is essentially an internal guide for the CSS SM WG and the SANA operator.  If this were intended to be an externally used doc I would request a number of clarifications.  But given its nature and planned use, I will accept it if the SANA Operator and the SMWG have agreed that it is sufficient for the stated purposes.

     Jonathan Wilmot (Approve Unconditionally):  I was confused about dates.  The book is dated 2018 but includes Technical Corrigendum 2, dated October 2023.  It seems a 5 year review would have been from the 2023 date.
