Hi Amber,

Although speaking for myself, I think the proposed CESG meeting dates for May 27 - 28 are likely not good for US persons - May 27 is a holiday in the US.   I think the first choice (Apr 29 - May 3, May 6 - 7) will be better.

Thank you all for your swift follow up regarding your meeting dates preferences. It appears that the Pasadena Convention Center can no longer offer the dates we were initially asking for and we will need to vote again.

Could you please advise at your very earliest convenience which of the following dates works best for your schedule? While the dates fall on several holidays, at this time, the options being presented are dates offered to us by the Pasadena Convention Center.


  *   Technical Plenary Apr 29-May 3, CESG Meetings May 6-7
  *   Technical Plenary May 20-24, CESG Meetings on May 27-28
