     Peter Shames (Approve with Conditions):  ​There are a few typos, shown as marked.  "Denultiplexing" is not a word I am familialr with.  ;-}  There is a confusuing section 6.5.2.2 that asserts that frames failing FVCP or FARM are just discarded, without further note.  I am puzzled as to how this can produce a correct outcome.
