Dear CESG-All Members,

The Secretariat has compiled all your meeting requests for the CCSDS Fall 2022 Technical Meetings in Toulouse, France.

Please review the attached file, and if you require any changes, let the Secretariat know by Monday, August 29th, 2022.

Notes about the file:

  *   Working Groups highlighted in Blue are meeting virtually.
  *   Meetings highlighted in Yellow are estimates based on previous meetings.  Currently, those Working Group Chairs are on vacation and have not been able to provide information.
  *   The Bootcamp may be changed in this meeting cycle to include the entire CESG-All so that new members can learn more about CCSDS processes.  More information will follow soon, but the meeting will be held on Friday morning.

More Information about the meeting rooms:

  *   Each room is equipped with digital displays or retro projectors with usb connectivity,
  *   There will be JABRA Bluetooth Devices if necessary.
  *   High-Speeded Internet with great bandwidth will be provided.
  *   Meeting hosts should choose their own app for hosting a hybrid meeting (MS Teams, Webex, Zoom, etc.)
