     Peter Shames (Approve Unconditionally):   I would have to state 
that I am still not fond of Fig 2-1 because it implies that DVB-S2 
actually covers the whole physical layer, which is really not the 
case.  The related paragraph tries to clear this confusion up, but 
the figure is still misleading.
