[Cesg-all] CCSDS: WG Project Reporting

Dear CCSDS Area Directors and Working Group Chairs,

In order to prepare for a comprehensive interaction with the Inter-agency 
Operations Advisory Group (IOAG) on the status of the IOAG-CCSDS Product 
Agreements (ICPA) on the various standardisation projects it is important 
that the working group reporting on project execution and planning is up 
to date in CWE.

This is therefore to request to please update the project planning under 
your responsibility by the end of the Spring 2021 technical meetings, such 
that the up to date information is available latest at your Area plenary 
and can thus be reported at the CESG meeting on 7 Jun 2021.

I know that this reporting requires effort on your side, but I believe 
that this ensures a professional interaction with other partners like 
IOAG, which ensures CCSDS standardisation recognition and funding support 
for our activities by our space agencies.
