constraints like most CCSDS standards. Since this
issue in work at the CESG no poll condition will be imposed.

CESG E-Poll Identifier: CESG-P-2021-05-003
Approval to publish CCSDS 130.0-G-4, Overview of
Space Communications Protocols (Green Book, Issue 4)
Results of CESG poll beginning 26 May 2021 and ending 9 June 2021:

                 Abstain: 0 (0%) Approve
Unconditionally: 6 (85.71%) (Duhaze, Burleigh, Cola, Calzolari, Moury, Wilmot)
Approve with Conditions: 1 (14.29%) (Merri)
Disapprove with Comment: 0 (0%)
CONDITIONS/COMMENTS:

Mario Merri (Approve with Conditions): 1)
Figure 2-1 on Page 2-6: The figure has a box
labelled "MO-MAL", which is good, but MO-MAL is
not described in any of the book text. Please add text accordingly.
2) Figure 2-1 on Page 2-6: Indeed, MO-MAL
messages could be used as shown in the picture
inside Space Packet Protocol or its encapsulated
version. However, the could also be routed via
CFDP or DTN, which does not seem allowed by the
picture. Please discuss with the SM&C WG the best
way to represent the location of the "MO-MAL" box in the picture.

     Scott Burleigh (Approve
Unconditionally): Not a condition, but an
editorial comment: section 4.1 announces that 5
examples of protocol configurations will be
discussed, but there appear to be only 3. Also
section 4.3 claims to be about the fourth
example, but it appears to be only the second. Confusing.

     Jonathan Wilmot (Approve
Unconditionally): Fix spelling. LTP is listed
as Linklider Transmission Protocol in ANNEX A
