[Cesg-all] CCSDS Spring 2021 Technical and CESG Meetings

Dear Area Directors, dear Area Director Deputies, dear WG Chairs, dear WG 
Chair Deputies,

Following the cancellation of the face-to-face Fall Meeting in Huntsville, 
Alabama, the  Working Groups' technical meetings and Area coordination 
meeting(s) will be held remotely again. 

Also in this case, the WGs will be given an extended period of three weeks 
(10 -30 May 2021) for their technical meetings. And, also this time, the 
WGs are free to alternatively schedule the technical meetings only during 
the already foreseen week (10 to 14  May 2021), if they prefer so. 

The  CESG Meeting will  take place after completion of the three-weeks 
period. The schedule will therefore be:

- Technical Meetings : 10 to 30 May 2021 

-  CESG Meeting: 7/8 June 2021 - Two sessions, four hours each 14:00-18:00 
UTC.

The subsequent CMC Meeting will be held also remotely, date still to be 
established.

To  WG Chairs and Deputies:  please schedule your meeting(s) as per your 
Area's preferred approach. Please deliver your Report to the AD at the 
latest by 1 June 2021.

To Area Directors: Please deliver your Area Report at the latest by 4 June 
2021.

Looking forward to fruitful virtual meetings under these unusual COVID-19 
circumstances.
