               Finalize a recommendation on coding for Optical On / Off keying (O3K)
               Continue discussions on adding ranging to the High Photon Efficiency (HPE) recommendation
               Disposition RIDS on the Blue Book on Optical Communications Physical Layer
               Disposition RIDS on the Magenta Book on Atmospherics
               Continue discussions on adding variable data rate (VDR) support to the O3K recommendations
