[Cesg-all] Evening Meeting Sessions at this fall's CCSDS Meetings

Dear Area Directors and Working Group Chairs,

Margherita has asked me to inform you that all meeting participants will need to leave their meeting rooms at Darmstadium by 18:00 each day. If you anticipate your Area or Working Group needing to continue working later than 18:00, a room can be reserved for your use at ESOC. Please inform us as soon as possible should this be the case as we will need to also provide a list of expected attendees to ESOC.
