I do thank you for your action, Tom.

Indeed, now I am informed that, although I had internally issued the votes, a mishap in the working procedure of my secretariat resulted in the missing of INPE casting of the whole batch of the associated polls. Excuse
me for this involuntary result. Thank you for the assigned proxy “Adopt” for the batch of polls and for the associated confirmation to us. Done.

With my best regards,
Eduardo

Dear Eduardo:

For whatever reason, no INPE votes were recorded for the polls in question, but I will record proxy “Adopt” votes for INPE, per you request.

Best regards,
Tom

Subject: RES: [CMC] Results of CMC Polls Closing 1 July 2019

Dear Tom, Michael and Brian,

I am pretty sure that I voted ADOPT for INPE in the polling declared in the message below.

If, for any reason our INPE vote was not casted in the regular polling, please, do (re-) consider that INPE is, indeed, voting ADOPT, in this case.

Thank you.

Best regards,

EDUARDO W. BERGAMINI
