CONDITIONS/COMMENTS:

Mario Merri (Approve with Conditions): I
wonder if the on-going review of the YB dealing
with the MOIMS-SOIS relationship may have an
influence on this book. Could you please comment on this?

Peter Shames (Approve with Conditions): In
Fig 2-1 there is reference made to the SEDS and
DoT as "Red Book". These should be Blue, since that is the intended outcome.

I find the references to DoT, and particularly to
"user-defined DoT" to be vague and somewhat
inaccurate. The one on pg 2-1 mentions reference
[3], which is just an XML XDS spec. The one on
pg 3-4 references [1], which is the draft
DoT. This seems appropriate. The one on pg 1-2,
in the definition, references [D2], the SOIS Green Book.
I think these need to be cleaned up.

     Yuriy Sheynin (Approve with
Conditions): In the "3.16.12 An OnTimer element
shall contain a nanosecondsAfterEntry attribute
which indicates the number of nanoseconds that
shall elapse between state entry and triggering
the transition, providing that the guard condition is met."

-- The ns unit could be not enough accuracy unit
for Gigabit/multigigabit interfaces. It is
proposed to use fs instead of ns for such specifications.
