Dear All,

As there will be three guest speakers at the opening plenary of the spring technical meetings, we would like to extend the plenary to last from 08:30 to 10:30. As this would affect other meetings occurring on Monday morning, we would like the approval of the effected groups before the change is finalized. Meetings previously scheduled for 09:45 to 10:45 would occur 10:30 to 11:30 and meetings scheduled for 10:45 to 12:30 would occur 11:30 to 12:30. As most groups meeting Monday morning will also meet Monday afternoon, we hope this change will not cause difficulty. The groups effected by the proposed change are:

*         SEA Plenary

*         SEA-Security WG

*         MOIMS Plenary

*         MOIMS-DAI WG

*         MOIMS-SM&C WG

*         MOIMS-MP&S WG

*         CSS Plenary

*         CSSM WG

*         SOIS-Subnet WG

*         SOIS-APP WG

*         SOIS-WIR WG

*         SLS-C&S WG

*         SLS-OPT WG

*         SIS Plenary

*         SIS-CFDP WG

The proposed schedule is attached to this message for your review. I would appreciate it if you would all provide me your feedback by Monday 12 February 2018.
