[Cesg-all] Draft Schedule for the Spring 2019 CCSDS Technical Meetings

Dear Area Directors and Working Group Chairs,

It's that time of year again. I have created a draft schedule for the spring 2019 CCSDS Technical Meetings. I have received a SLS Area schedule from Gian Paolo, but all other Area schedules are based on previous discussions and past meetings. I believe I have anticipated every group's needs, but there is room for additional meetings and other modifications. Please review the schedule and send any requests to me.
