CMC-A-2017-06-04 
The CMC instructs the Secretariat to check whether an individual with a 
CWE account can access the private areas of a Working Group. 

Response: CWE users are provided read only access to all private areas of 
the CWE. For the WGs for which they are registered within the CWE though, 
they are provided read/write access.
