Thanks for your comments. See below my responses

The issue of the missing SCCS document has already been addressed by you 
(see your mail from 26th Sept 2016.) and I have presented it at the last 
IOAG physical meeting in Montreal Canada. (see below). IOAG feedback was 
that the SCs only addresses "applicable documents" and there are no 
"reference documents". In a nutshell, they reject our comment.



Your comment on SLID. As far as I understood it is a leftover, and it has 
to be delted.

Anyway, I will pass again the issues to the IOAG.
