a number of requested editorial changes for 
clarity and accuracy identified in the attached 
mark-up. The most significant are to adequately 
describe the relationship between CCSDS link 
layers and the DVB-S2, particularly how the 
features of DVB-S2 are to be configured to best carry CCSDS frames.
