[Cesg-all] Updated WG report to Area template after feedback

Dear WG Chairs

After the 1st use of the WG report to your Area. I have gathered comments 
from the CMC, ADs and DADs.

You will find attached the new update for the report.


Main changes:
WG Achievements added 
Order of WG Executive Summary  charts changed (i.e Goals, Status, 
Interactions, Achievements, Problems & Issues, Resolutions in the next 6 
months, Planning)
All tables to be copied and pasted from Area excel table provided by CESG 
Chair (You will get a new update prior to the Technical Meeting in San 
Antonio)
To improve readability of Tables some columns were deleted


Let me have your comments by 18th November 2016 cob. You should, of 
course, send the comments to the CESG Chairs coping also your AD/DAD 

Note to ADs/DADs        Please remain dormant during this iteration. I do 
not expect any comments from you. I am only interested in WG chairs 
feedback
