We need a “short description” field or something (in my opinion), so that we know what each action is…

Dear all,

I got the following action (CMC-A-2016-05-08) placed upon me during the last CMC meeting

Check the dates of the books with significant delays to confirm when these books will be completed or to work with the working groups to determine if the delayed projects should be closed or remain open.
Due date: 15th June 2016

I would appreciate if (taking a view to the attachments produced by the Secretariat)

  *   every WG Chair can produce by 31st May 2016 cob a short mail to his AD/DAD giving the estimated completion date (if Project has to remain open) , or an indication that the Project can be terminated
  *   ADs/DADs can produce a consolidated Area input with all details by 13th June 2016 cob
