[Cesg-all] Revised Meeting Planning Document

We'll have to see an updated schedule. The one I saw had 1.5 days of SOIS plenary starting Monday. I hold a Monday AM SEA plenary as well.

As I said, I'm ok with moving the SAWG as long as it doesn't collide with other priorities that involve others: SEA plenary, XSG & SSG, and Boot Camp, and as long as it works for the other SAWG members.

Peter,

At least for the SOIS guys, I would suggest maybe trying the time slot immediately following the CCSDS Plenary. I think until recently, everyone was assuming the SOIS plenary would be held then, and it is instead going to be on Friday.

I too looked at the room schedule. I would be willing to move SAWG earlier, but then we run into collisions with both SM&C, P&S, and SOIS. Since I have no dedicated members, they are all "on loan" or shared, we can't move SAWG without doing that coordination.

Dear all,
Looking at a glance, and with my CESG Chair hat, I raise some questions ìn order to optimise the room schedule to achieve 12 rooms

  1. Can MOIMS P&S meeting be held at the beginning of the week ?
  2. Can SAWG be held at the beginning of the week?
  3. Can CSTS be held earlier ?
  4.

I did not raise questions about D-DOR and SLP because I know some of their limitations
